This is the online registration portal for the SMU College Entrance Test (SMU-CET) for incoming freshmen and transferees planning to enrol at the university for the first semester of the Academic Year 2026-2027. Applicants can use the portal to register for the test, select their preferred testing date, and complete all test-related requirements.

- SMU-CET Qualification and Requirement for Incoming Freshmen and Transferees:
- Qualification for SMU-College Entrance Test (CET)
Currently enrolled Grade 12 who is expected to graduate Senior High School or; a Senior High School graduate of any educational institution; and/or incoming freshmen; a transferee student; and,
Has never taken the College Entrance Test.
- CET Basic Requirements and testing fee
a. Accomplish the CET Registration at least 3 days before the desired CET date posted by Guidance and Testing Office (GTO) in their website or posted in all possible platforms managed by Saint Mary’s University;
b. Pay the SMU Testing Fee of Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱550)at the Cashiers’ Window (Accounting Office) and present the CET Testing Fee Receipt to the test administrators or Guidance Counselors during examination;
c. Walk-in students may only take the test on a chance basis, otherwise, they may be advised to take the SMU-CET on the next available schedule;
d. All examinees must bring the following:
- Present registration REFERENCE number
- Official receipt of the testing fee
- any valid ID and
- ballpen or pencil
- white long folder
- mobile phone (full charged with data)
e. ALL CET results will be sent to the email address used during the registration process. The GTO shall not be held accountable for unreceived CET results due to incorrect and/ or lacking information; hence, the students have the responsibility to follow up the CET results if not received during the designated date.
- Students may be disqualified to continue the SMU-CET if:
a. Caught cheating during SMU-CET;
b. Being dishonest or having the intention to retake the exam; and,
c. Lastly, but not limited to, being disrespectful and disobeying the test administrator.
